Facebook is so biased in favor of "verbal" people. It's like a boisterous dinner conversation dominated by the comedians and debaters and yellers. Everyone else is left on the sidelines, shyly and anonymously "sharing" rants and raves and memes created by other people.
Maybe every verbal person should adopt a non-verbal person and volunteer to be their translator.
